Actually, they recognize him from off the warning poster on their message board in the back and just give him the service he deserves.
Maybe it's changed but it only costs more for a steeped tea if you get larger sizes. Bag type tea was the same price regardless of size.
And I get large teas at McD all the time and I've never had a second bag added.
Another reason why McD is better than Timmies.
Dunno about that since you could make the same case for those who go to Timmy's or McD.
Having said that, many of those who go to Starbucks are at min Snobbish/Snotty IMHO. Also, I notice the ladies who go to Starbucks are in general light in skin color but many of them look like high maintenance, Snotty types that could cost the dudes arms, legs and the bank accounts.

Tim Horton's is the most unreliable chain when it comes to food at night time. I've never been a fan of Timmis and never will be cuz there mis-management.

Tim Hortons (no apostrophe, oddly) is a Canadian institution. Sort of a combination Krispy Kreme, Wendy's, and delicatessen. There is really no American restaurant equivalent, because the Tim Hortons experience goes far beyond just the food they serve (and, aside from the doughnuts and coffee, the food is mediocre). The best American analogue would be to describe Tim Hortons as Mom and Apple Pie. It's just very... Canadian…..

LOL, as mentioned they could keep separate brands or entity all they want but Timmy's was in American ownership until in 2005 when Wendy's was forced to sprint off Timmy's since Nelson Peltz, a hedge fund manager and one of the largest shareholders at Wendy's quickly realized there're NO synergies after the merger for 10 freaking years.
