Too much personal experience Jayda... Tim's employees aren't taught common sense
I agree. They need to implement a new customer service training program. Too many consistant mistakes. I like thier coffee, get bored of Starbucks all the time.

Your ability to be cheerful about everything is so charming, Jayda!
=] Orbiting negative energy doesn't really do good for me Doc....
If I was as gloomy as Lei is, I wouldn't be able balance out the world like he does.
I would make it lean on a slant, although considering the Earth is a sphere... That's not possible, and neither is Jayda being pesimistic :D

* then the stupid flip tab on my tea wouldn't stay closed on my top. grrrrrrrrrrr.
I have the ultimate solution!!!

Peel the tab back then force it down inside the cup instead of trying to clip it to the lid...works like a charm and you are less likely to spill it down your chin while driving.

H'bout when they only butter half of the mother f'ing bagel!!!!

And they just started accepting debit cards a little while ago and make a big announcement like it's something special, meanwhile practically every other milti billion dollar merchant in Canada and the US has been for 20 years!

Starbucks-no thank you. No burb, mostly white middle-class or aspiring OL sh*t
Tim Horton's-what a rip-off. They have lost their way and the quality of their coffee goes downhill
McDonald's-Booyah x10. Keep on steamrolling the competitors. Their coffee is that good and it's always a treat when they are free for a couple of weeks.

A good teapot and a stainless steel thermos will alleviate your stress. For a moment I thought Lancslad the Ghey had returned - I stand disappointed.

i think the reason why they did not accept debit cards before was because of the prices of their products, their gross profit, and because the line would move faster if people brought in cash instead of entering the data from the debit card, wait for it to go thru, and wait for the customer to punch in his pin. just think about the time lost on that and how that would affect potential revenue.
