I was thinking about renting a condo to do incalls. I am just woundering how do i go about this without getting in trouble leagally. I read some stuff on the net about bawdy houses and how even the land lord can get charged. I would love to hear some advice from the girls who work out of condos. or some of you guys who know some good tips . thank you xox amber

Be discreet. Insist that your clients are discreet. Don't do anything that will cause neighbours to complain.

Lisa should be back from Jamaica soon. You might be able to sublet her place.

You`re a young hot chick with a lovely set of DD`s, so you`re going to get attention whether you want it or not. Men and women become more curious of attractive people IMO, it`s just our nature. If you see alot of clients every day, then neighbours might become suspicious.

Read this, it might help. https://terb.cc/vbulletin/showthrea...W-I-THOUGHT-I-WAS-BEING-ARRESTED!!&highlight=

Some tips:

-never make the john knock and wait in the hall, be waiting at the door to let him in.
-ask to not bring flowers, or anything to arouse suspision. (a fifty year old dude bringing you flowers might seem odd to a neighbour)
-make sure the johns hair is dry when leaving your apartment. (people notice these things)

Also, never make a John linger more than 5 seconds in the lobby as he calls you for your room number. I heard stories of Johns waiting 30 minutes or longer in the lobbying while their date is busy doing who knows what.

Your place!!
YOU be ready when he arrives. Nothing worse than having to wait any where while you get ready for him. He arrives have him come up as if he's been there many times just like a normal friend.

If you do the math, on that basis alone hotels make a better business case.

An anywhere decent condo is going to cost $1500 a month or $50 a night.

Plus you have to sink some upfront costs into that like a squeaky bed, a cheap sofa, shower curtain, some nice soft fluffy towels, and a 58" Plasma TV.

Say $2400?

So over a year the condo costs $56 per night if you use it every day of the month.

If you don't have clients with a red tide fetish, you divide the $1700 by say 21 days and it is $80 per day. Take off a few weekends for sanity and you might work 15 days and your minimially furnished condo with the nosy neighbours is over $100 a day.

copycraigs can get you top notch hotels all over the GTA for between $40 and $75 whenever you want.

You get to move around to see clients where it is convenient to them so you have a bigger market and create a sense of urgency to see you while you are in their area.

AND you are a much more difficult target for cops who pick the lowest fruit to pick for show arrests.
All very well stated. However, she does save money if she lives in the condo. And there is the option of working with a partner in a 2 bedroom. That changes the economics somewhat.

Agreed, incalls are illegal, so now it's a question of how do you keep under the radar so you don't get busted. Some ideas are already in this thread. It depends on your level of risk tolerance. Having one location for incalls increases the chances of someone in your building calling the cops to investigate. Using hotels for incalls decreases the risk of being busted as you're constantly moving around.

Don't look at how agencies do this, they have other means to minimize their risk.

Then there's the economic arguement which I'm sure you can easily calculate the most advantageous method for you based on your level of activity.

Better to rent in an apartement building, then condo building.
Both are still worse compared to hotels for reasons mentioned above in this thread.
