The evidence they need is that more than one guy paid her, and that it was sex he paid for, and that it took place in the same place. That makes the place a 'bawdyhouse'—if it all stands up—and you a 'found-in' and her an 'operator' or 'inmate' of one. But it's entirely legal to buy sex from someone in a private place. Just don't either of you make a habit of it in one place.
exactly, if you are a in a place with documented history of sex-for-money activity, then you are a "found-in", they don't need to prove what you did there
of course you still have a defence of a reasonable excuse
so if you came to change a light bulb, you are ok
of course you would have to take the stand and testify
another little thing people forget about - it's not only Toronto, there are other places around us, which can be tougher on crime (and they are!)
out of the most fucked-up places North (Barrie, Collingwood etc) and West (Woodstock etc) come to mind
