How am I gonna collect? for five dollars you can take a subway to College Park courthouse, speak to a duty counsel (free), get your proof and take subway back.
No link, eh?

Anyway, my point is that john school is all about those who pick up streetwalkers and we shouldn't alarm people that agencies are a risk.

even if you were right, which you are not, you must agree that a john can at least be called as a witness for a trial against a keeper/inmate.
would you like to go through that?

Well, what is a life without risks? Would you sail around the world solo?

Keeper? Inmate?
Those are prison terms, you're scaring the newbies here. lol

But yes you can be called as a witness if an incall was busted but I'll bet it's never happened in Toronto over the last year.

even if you were right, how is it going to help you if you are going to be a first witness called in the last two years?

I'll give a wink to the girls as they're led into the court in shackles, then claim I have no memory of what happened.
Then I'll set up another incall and have a few laughs.

What is the danger of being busted by the police while visiting an incall agency?
Depends who you are and what color your skin is.

Why InCalls stink in Canada, they should be100% legal, just like OutCalls.

Its unfair cause a hotel room increases to cost of hobbying and by having InCalls illegal its picking on those who may not earn as much money.

An incall in Toronto is still less risky than marriage. Just ask Tiger Woods.
and if you are not married, you may invite a girl to your place

I think your guys are overthinking this here lol- i don't think the cops are actually going to do that much to you for nailing an escort... And how are they to prove you paid her unless they have a camera in the room lol?
It's not as hard to prove as you think. The SP would have in her possession an envelope with money with your fingerprints all over the banknotes.

Nothing wrong with that in Canada.

The evidence they need is that more than one guy paid her, and that it was sex he paid for, and that it took place in the same place. That makes the place a 'bawdyhouse'—if it all stands up—and you a 'found-in' and her an 'operator' or 'inmate' of one. But it's entirely legal to buy sex from someone in a private place. Just don't either of you make a habit of it in one place.

exactly, if you are a in a place with documented history of sex-for-money activity, then you are a "found-in", they don't need to prove what you did there
of course you still have a defence of a reasonable excuse
so if you came to change a light bulb, you are ok
of course you would have to take the stand and testify

another little thing people forget about - it's not only Toronto, there are other places around us, which can be tougher on crime (and they are!)
out of the most fucked-up places North (Barrie, Collingwood etc) and West (Woodstock etc) come to mind
