Genny is an old name in beer and has solid and consistent taste.Well, if you must, it's not Blatz and that's a good thing.
And today i wanted an ALE.
As you know my regular is a Stout. But as all of us here know variety is the spice of life.

On this, we can agree.Genny makes a LAGER that is very consistent and a nice finish.
Guinness my favorite Stout.
I do also love a great IPA.
Flashback;
Rouse's Point, Genie, and a cold beer. Hmmmm!
Used to be mine also, but now it just tastes thick and too sweet. Years ago I was in a smalltown bar in Ohio with some friends and ordered a Guinness warm, meaning of course room temp. The bartender came back with a bottle that felt like very warm tea. When he saw my puzzeled expression he explained he had put it in the microwave, but not to worry, he had remembered to take the cap off first. Good for him.Genny makes a LAGER that is very consistent and a nice finish.
