if ease of talking to a woman is a factor, then western cities cannot make it into first ten. First fifty or so will be shared between eastern europe, latin america, caribbean and asia.

I mean, if we are talking about talking to a woman and getting into her pants, not talking to a woman and then going home to jerk off.

Having been to many of these places, I would also agree. Notice no Canadian city other than Montreal was on the list? Montreal girls are amazing, Canadian girls are shit. Agree with Montreal and LA. I would add Boston and New York to that list as well.

I second that...canadian girls are world class shit. They look nice enough, but they don't know how to dress, to carry themselves, to flirt. They're way too earnest...wish they would stop taking themselves so fucking seriously. We're all here for a fun time, not a long time after all. And they may not realize it, but their best before date is fleeting; they should learn to enjoy any attention they get when young and fetching.

For me:
Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga Spain (Yum!),
Napoli,
Rome,
the greek islands (drunk and wearing bikinis always works for me),
Vienna (beautiful, beautiful girls),
Budapest, and
Cuba (love the mulatto look there).
