It is quite shocking. You don't expect guys like this to be sexual preditors and serial killers. That said, I remind the peanut gallery that he is charged and not convicted.

With today's DNA evidence it's a lot harder to "Guy Paul Morin" a guy just to close the case.
No it doesn't and it's a shame.
Further, this case is pecular, usually sexual murders are built up to over years but also start occuring much earlier in life than the defendant's age.
Why don't you say that to the soldiers in Afganistan, humping their asses in that hostile, bomb-ridden country while you live your merry life in Canada, humping sp's? Just saying.
This isn't about the CF - it's about a single man.
They may have to go back over his entire posting history to see in anything similar happened when he was on other bases. Those military guys move around a lot. This could be a new episode of Criminal Minds here!

There is something truly and horrifically broken about a mind that can commit murder, but to commit murder and continue to function at such a high level - he must have had at least 4 000 people working for him - is incomprehensible. That means he has connections to hundreds of Officers, as he was the guy issuing their Posting Instructions when they moved jobs and cities, for two years. Hundreds.
