And yes, to all those that have pointed out the obvious, our communication has suffered in recent years. Without going into great detail, major health issues took the train off the tracks, and getting things back on is a challenge.
I am in no way looking for reasons to leave, excuses, or a way out. I would love nothing more than to go back to a relationship of open dialog, but there are some serious challenges that have gotten in the way. Even if my wife was secretly seeing someone else, there is no way I would bail.

Pubic hair on women is becoming increasingly unacceptable, it is not the sixties anymore. So it is not crazy to suggest that she just did it to be up-to-date and fashionable. Or she could be cheating. But if she were cheating, you would think she would want to be secretive, where shaving the pussy would be somewhat of a red flag. The OP very much needs to have a calm conversation with his wife, and he would likely be the best judge of her sincerity. Letting the TERB turn your paranoia up to 11 before you have 'a chat' strikes me as a bad idea.
