Out of respect for Koko Beware, Mark Calaway isn't telling the full story of their incident.
The Undertaker was new to the WWE, he had to give a Tombstone Piledriver to Koko Beware. Koko not knowing what to expect, got scared and involuntarily farted. Sending his colon fumes straight up The Undertaker's nostrils. The sudden rush of methane disoriented Calaway, which is why it looked rough.

Back in the day…. The wrestlers just went out and did their matches by “feel”. Sure, they knew the final outcome…. But how they got to it was the art of it.
Today’s wrestlers can’t do that. They can’t. The moves they perform are so outlandish that they have to Choreograph everything. Have spots. And how many times are we going to see a wrestler get tossed through a random table they just happen to place beside the ring for no fucking reason? No. Today’s product is garbage.
Give me the old days where you could just decide to smash a coconut over a guys head without telling him ahead of time….
