Well...
...there is Hoover. And Nixon.
And then you have Andrew Johnson, who went through impeachment proceedings, though much like Clinton, it was more about bullshit than any actual transgressions of import.
But yeah, given the historical and long lasting implications of both the Iraq (from a foreign policy stand point) and the pending global recession / depression (from a domestic and economic policy perspective), you'd be hard pressed to defend to Bush presidency.
Yet...some how some people do it....

There could actually have been intelligent debate whether GWB was the worst president in history. However, I would say that it would be very difficult to defend GWB after this recent turn of events....

Without a doubt, 8 years of utter failure. Truely a dark ages. I'm not saying that to bash W, it is a simple truth. It's been 8 years of crisis. One thing after another.
