In one of my internships there was a fellow who said he once worked in a place where one of the employees was such an ass kisser that the rest of them said there should be handles on the bottom of his shoes in case he crawled up too far and couldn't get himself out.
Haha!

Okay some of these jobs were really bad, I didn't think the ones I had could be topped.

I worked in a variety of slaughterhouse/livestock situations.I won't say who I worked for but I worked in many locations and venues.I have to say Poulty Slaughter may be stinky, wet and hot ,it is very mechanized and after a while I just found it boring(even though I saw about 3000 birds fly by me on a conveyor an hour...dead and eviscerated.Beef slaughter was a slower process and although I once was about 10 feet from a guy ,who upon sticking his knife in a carcass ,hit an abscess and was covered head to toe a la Ghostbuster Slime .
I could probably put most of you off meat ,or your lunch ,so let me just say the 2 things that did bother me were Lamb Slaughter(Mallet to the head ,in front of shivering frightened other lambs) ,and Veal Cattle ,especially killed in the Kosher style.Did this for 15 years ,then switched careers.....how's that D Fens?

I was Al Bundy! I sold shoes in a small chain of stores for 2 years. The people were great but no money to be made. The owner and his flunky would watch you with customers and if you didn't make a sale they were on you like flies on shit berating you for not making the sale.

I recall this lady came in,spoke to me then left. I watched these two come over but was ready for them this time. When asked why I didn't make a sale I replied we didn't have what she wanted. Then was told I should have convinced her to buy something else. I blew my stack and told them if the store HAD what she had wanted I COULD have sold her something. That 80% of the people that leave are looking for kids shoes the we DIDNT sell. I quit the next day.

Porta potty cleaner. I've never been one but once saw one going to clean one out during the winter time. They do put antifreeze in them but it had been so cold for a couple days that when he went to clean it he put the big tube they use into the bowl but the liquid had frozen over the top surface. When he banged on the ice to break through a few of us saw back-splash come up and hit him all over his face. When he turned his head to spit some out I literally threw up in my mouth. One of those moments one never forgets.
This is close to topping my worst job. I worked as a temp for 3 weeks at St Marys Cement. I hated that job yes because a side from the unionized safety inspector(only female empolyee) I was the only female there.
The guys where well gross the kept pissing anywhere but the port a jon. I had to clean a building the kept calling the north almond... I soon found out why.. The sump pump that drained water from the building so equipment stayed safe they clogged it with concrete and piss... I had to clean this for 4 days with a jack hammer, shovel and broom.
Fucking nasty.
My last day there I rage quit because some idiot turned on a air lance in a building full of lyme powder... With me stuck on the third floor... I got out had to fight the urge to slug the moron.

Cleaning public toilets.

Motivation to return to High School to finish my education, now I keep this picture on my phone to show the whiny ass co-workers when they complain about their cushy ass jobs and 6 figure salaries.

Mumbai sewer cleaner. Usually have ropes tied around their chest because when they go down and unplug the sewer the sudden gush of millions of litres of shit will sometimes carry them away. Sometimes they even pull out an empty rope.

Don't believe in God, believe in rich parents or hard f'kin work... didn't have rich parents, but I'm still grateful for the opportunity available to everyone standing on the ground of this beautiful country.

Second worst job, McDonald's. I was trained by some kid who was power tripping because he earned a few dollars more.

If you were working at a McDonalds, I would have eaten more Big Mac's than I care to think about, and I don't even like Big Mac's or McDonalds for that matter..lol.
