When I saw the England lineup before the game, I thought Southgate had it wrong and that it was going to be a close game - especially without Phil Foden who has been lighting it up for Man City. I was flat out wrong. Obviously. Six goals without a single one from Kane. Impressive. The nimbleness of Saka, Sterling, etc. was great to see. However, the defense was hardly troubled. That is their Achilles heal.
The few times they were tested it looked disorganized in the back. Definitely going to be an issue as the tournament progresses. But damn their midfield and attack is stellar. And deep.

The Netherlands will give Qatar a thumping. Iran another authoritarian regime got thrashed by England. Argentina will destroy The Saudis.
Maybe you should post in the political section.

I'm putting my five star punter reputation on the line by picking England. The reality is, I want Bakayo Saka to win the WC than The Cockroach (Messi), maybe Southgate will silence his critics. If they fire him, there will be regression.

Here's a bit of news that will make you want to break out the comfy chair - Saudi Arabia wants the 2030 WC. At least they are doing it properly, not stealing it like Qatar did.

You can get rojadirecta on Kodi. Used to watch the soccer in that stream service that was located in one of the Addons. However, there were too many links and most of them did not work. Very cumbersome scrolling through all the links to find one that works. But IPTV is holding up perfectly so far
Thats why I have 2 IPTV providers.
If one goes down I have the 2nd one. And if they both go down I still have Roja streams

I still think Argies will make it out of their group.
Spain also lost their 1st game in 2010

That was crazy.
You guys are crazy waking up at 5 am to watch that, but sounds like it was worth it.

Saka now has more World Cup goals than Wayne Rooney’s entire career... England’s all time leading goal scorer.

For all the criticism Southgate gets for his tactical deficiencies and lack of an accomplishments in club management, that’s how bad things were before him.

Saudi Arabia deserved to win that game, defense was like they’re playing a championship match, Argentina’s midfield played like trash!

Looking at the stats Argentina had 70% of the possession and 15 shot attempts to 3. I didn't see the game but this tells me that they did at least enough to draw.
Right now Tunisia is giving Denmark all they can handle. The crowd is definitely on their side.
Shocking results so far on day 3.

Argentina's midfield is weak, for them to have a chance Messi has to play it like Pirlo. Case in point: Leandro Paredes has been reduced to a substitute at Juventus, the zebras are undefeated since Bubba Fagioli replaced him as a starter. Yet he's good enough to start for the Albiceleste.
