Some people will see it as guilty until proven innocent and some other innocent until proven guilty. Those with class and fair minds would exercise the latter rather than the former. Rough behaviour, low class, bad hygiene ... are environmental factors not genes to be born with, or a function of skin color or race. That said, only the lady decides at the end using her own criteria who to share her body with. If I don't fit her criteria then she wouldn't fit my criteria (to have class and fair mind) either. Move on to the next one who has class and fair mind. End of the story.
Well said Cap :clap2:

A number of years ago, all of South Africa was condemned for their political beliefs. Yes, apartheid was appalling to "right-thinking" people all across the globe, but all South Africans were painted with the same brush and were considered guilty unless they were a vocirific crusader for change in their home country.

Today, there are more and more news stories about the cultural values being held by ordinary individuals in India - women being raped on public transit, for example.

Now, I have no idea what led the lady in question to post what she did. But maybe - just maybe - we should give a thought to the possibility that she means it when she says it's not about prejudice?

I agree...and the right for SP`s to choose should be sacrosanct.

Like CH, I initially found this practice unsettling, I posted in the Lounge area on this topic and the first few replies were enough to convince me otherwise. In case you are interested...here is a link: https://terb.cc/vbulletin/showthread.php?411864-Delicate-Subject.

To me its a lot simpler than most people are making it out to be. If the SP has reasons to not see someone from a particular ethnic background she should not blatantly advertise that. It's morally repugnant to read, and has no place in a modern society. She can achieve the same end quietly, by requiring that interested clients send personal information to them including their names, occupation, etc and from there she can very discreetly ascertain what their background is and choose whether or not to see them. An overt ad like the one posted here is ill thought out and very disconcerting.

More often than not, I run into immigrant Asian sps who smell. Have bo or just horrible breath. Just ate something etc. Their bodies often exude a certain taste smell etc. Never have the problem with norther American Asian chicks I've dealt with as sps or dated, etc.

India. 2nd most populated country in the world. And two public rapes are in the news.. I'll point out there was a sexual assault on the greyhound yesterday... Here in Ottawa or the oc transpo bus groper.. Etc I think you get the point. Shit happens everywhere.

You're right. Can't paint a race by any brush. Stinky, stupid, aggressive, rude, cheap, and just plain retarded people of every race and creed exist.

Running a business, means you're serving the dollar.

Obviously this likely ugly and possibly plain stupid sp is a waste of time. Our time.

Just about 2 miles past appropriate
I respectfully disagree with the posts above. If you chose to enter a profession where you sexually service people, you should be prepared to accept all comers. (No pun intended).

Don't open a restaurant if you don't plan to serve everyone who enters.
Surely you're not equating serving someone french fries with getting naked and sucking their cock? That's a bit of an oversimplification and quite frankly pretty misogynistic.

I think it is extremely judgmental and low class in my humble opinion for an escort agency owner to putting up an ad of an indy and then bashing her for her choice. Her body = her choice. Do you not allow your ladies to exercise that right as well? or are all the ladies under your employ forced to see any client you send them?

AS FAR AS the right to choose who an SP sees, It boils down like this for me.

We like to believe we live in a society where OUR rights come first, and yet time and time again we find that many of these rights may be in competition with one another... My right to enjoy my home is superseded by the neighborhoods right to peace and quiet... My right to free speech is curbed by the right of others to enjoy a safe and tolerant society free from hate speech... ect.

The crux of this issue seems to be two competing rights; One one hand you have service providers and the right of all clients to expect equal treatment, and on the other you have the right to have control over your own body and a woman's right to choose.

This is not the same case as person's right to equal treatment and service at a restaurant, or to purchase goods even though there is a service being provided and it is transactional in nature because it is coming into direct conflict with rights that our society holds in greater esteem. While there are cases where the state may impose on one's body (ex late term abortions, can't commit suicide), in this instance; No matter how lamentable or outdated ones ideas may be when it comes to race, and were that even their sole motivation for denying service to legislate a woman into having to engage in sexual activities against her will would be akin to institutionalizing rape.

Which would cause the greater injury - the loss of inclusion and equal treatment, or the loss of the right to control one's body and who they choose to share it with? I think when viewed through that lense it is, and always will be better to support the right's of the body, and one's choice on who to share it with.

The only other thing is I do see some irony in her post as she is honest of what her restrictions are, while being dishonest with her pic. I think it is better to let potential clients know right from the start and as clearly and as politely as possible as she could, as to ensure no one is getting their time wasted.

Lastly, to me without prejudice means exactly that. She is not being prejudice, just being upfront about it.

Simply stating it doesn't make it so. And of course your body is equates to your choice. But their shouldnt be any hurt feelings if we the consumer want to discuss or judge based on that choice.

Your body is always your choice and always should be. But I dont think that's the point of the thread. I think it has more to do with the seemingly contradictory terms used.

By very definition the exclusion of a particular group of people is prejudicial. Now there could be very good reasons for that. But sadly, none are given so we're left to speculate. And in my experience, prejudicial statements or beliefs are rarely ever for a good reason.

I clearly wrote that TO ME it read the way I quoted, as in my opinion. However, so long as you can admit that all of us are just speculating and therefore do not know the reasons, you can also admit that no one can actually call her a bigot or racist or anything of the sort. As you said, we don't why she says what she says.

Secondly, I am not saying that the client is not free to discuss it, or make their choice to regarding seeing her or not based on this. My issue was the an escort agency starting a thread to simply bash an indy for her choices. They made assumptions and judgments about that indy, and boosted their own agency with some free advertising as well. It is low class in my opinion. Add to that, this indy probably doesn't even know about this thread and therfore has no way to defend or explain her position. She is a touring SP I think. I get they are the big cheese out here, and people can say they don't need the free advertising, that is fine. Maybe I am just use to dealing with top tier Toronto agencies like Mirage Escorts. My experience aids my opinion on the matter maybe a little more then simply what a client would see.

Lastly, the subject did turn into partly at least the typical "I have the green so I must be seen" mentality. I simply pointed out that while that may be your belief or the belief of others, there are competing "rights" at play here. You can think it is prejudicial, I think that depends on the why. Is it prejudicial to exclude HIV SP's? or just safer? I think it is very easy to label. You read her as labeling EIs, I read others doing the same thing to her. It takes a certain person to step back and find out the why behind it. Especially BEFORE making a judgment.

However, no one has to take my post for anything more then what it is. My opinion on the matter. You are free to make whatever choice you wish as she is free to see who ever she wishes.

I'm gonna wager, this dumbass couldn't tell a east indian from a pak, from a bengali, from a sri lankan, from a trini, or jamacian dude, or a bajan guy. Or a Canadian born indian. Indians can be super light, dark, light hair with green eyes, and super fair skinned.

I could put a lineup in front of even an indian person, and they wouldn't know for certain if each one of the people were indian. Let alone some ignorant skank.
