I can never stop missing the era of escort agencies in Ottawa: Pink Kitty, Tempted-To-Touch, Explore-Her, Body language, Mirage etc…! What I miss the most: pictures and descriptions were generally accurate, the service to be provided was clear upfront, the reliability and predictability, and overall peace of mind. Many girls were also university students and you could strike a nice conversation with them. Escort agencies’ operators would monitor reviews of their girls on review boards for service improvement etc… Also, a beneficial competition in the market, although PK seemed to be the one offering most deals. Believe it or not, that environment also contributed to more credible and reliable ads on Craigslist. The few stubborn experts in bait-and-switches, scams, etc… were monitored by a gentleman called “The Cowboy”, with his diary reporting Craigslist fraudsters on review boards. These were truly the “good old days” for me.
Nowadays, LL is beyond horrible, although I have met a few gems there as well. I have to be disappointed or risk being scammed 20 times before I meet a decent person. For an anal-lover like me, the risk of being misled or scammed is even greater. Girls would agree to Greek via texts but once the money lands on the palm of their hand, they inform you that “they don’t do Greek” and would refuse to return the portion of the money involved. Most girls are also not local, which is a problem with me since I am not into “New In Town”...lol. But I did not mind out-of-town girls working at agencies in Ottawa.

Well, as I've mentioned a few times before in other threads, the era of scammers certainly swelled when the norm switched from pay after to.pay before. This allowed the scams to occur.
I know, I know, there were unscrupulous guys that would fuck and run, which is unacceptable, but my only point is the beginning of these scams. There were none when payment came after.

After reading all the posts in Ottawa about lack of agencies, I used a trip to Toronto to see what all the hype was about.
I chose to try Cupids, Zero disappointment. It was so easy, I was in disbelief that it was real. The hours of researching I didn’t have to do, it leaves me speechless. I will say though, not interacting at all with the person you’re going to meet left me with some anxiety.
I can see the pros and cons here and like any situation in this industry, there is a lot to unwrap, but for people that travel a lot, it’s a clear advantage. Trying to navigate one city is hard enough and Ottawa isn’t that big compared to others.
