Without prejudice I hate it when ladies can't even post a REAL photo of themselves. LOL
I can tell you that if we were to discriminate on who we dealt with by race, creed or color we would have been out of business many years ago. If anything, to openly say something like that would demonstrate to me that she has little to no sensitivity to people and would be far removed from the GF experience.

So for a lady, she also has the similar right - it's better to be upfront instead of providing lousy service and getting bad reviews. This won't do good to the lady or the hobbyist.
For agencies (PK), I understand and appreciate their perspective to steer clear of the controversy and cater to one and all - good for the business.

I agree, wholeheartedly, with PK not hiring bigots. But I also agree with CH's position. As a white guy with a very multi-cultural family background I probably hear more whispery racism than others might. I hate it. BUT, I fully agree that, given the service being provided, that women have the right to refuse "entry" for whatever reason. To me, it mostly comes down to the "bodily autonomy" argument that says my, and our, and government's opinions mean jack shit when it comes to a woman's right to choose whether or not to get an abortion. Racism is terrible but this isn't the same as Rosa Parks' fight. It's the woman's body and her right to discriminate who enters her "exclusive club" and who gets turned away at the door. I don't go to those types of clubs in the first place.

^^ ya I've seen those before. Some of the girls want guys from their own culture who will have a common understanding of how the date will transpire. Without trying to cause trouble I will say that I have heard from many SP that they don't care to see East Indian guys due to hygiene and roughness issues, among others. While this paints the entire group with a wide brush there must be enough of these types of problems if a number of SP say the same thing. If more than one EI has harmed an SP due to roughness I have no issue with them reducing their risks by refusing service to that group. I have also heard similar of middle eastern guys. It could be a cultural thing, over there they treat women like crap so not surprising many do it here. Yes, I'm sure there are respectful men from those areas but the few spoil it for the many, if it is just a few.
If one SP said this I would be inclined to think it was racist, but when many say the same I tend to think there's a trend. Just passing on what I've heard, don't shoot the messenger. I have a hard time believing I'm the only one to hear these sorts of things.

I am unsure why the controversy... no one would be outraged (or get its own thread) if some one here on the board said they prefer not to go with "state what-ever here" why does it become a problem when a SP states it?
I think this is good insight. In that example (and in many others) the prejudice is against a culture, not a race. Presumably a third-generation Canadian of EI ethnicity would be as hygienic as you or I and treat a lady as softly as you or I treat them. As would many EI immigrants, of course, and also of course there are many Canadian-born assholes of all colours. But, hard for a lady to know that ahead of the fact. Many ethnicities get caught up in the same broad brush prejudices, its quite interesting. I always smile a bit when I'm with a particular Canadian-born Chinese friend of mine who starts beaking off about "fucking Chink immigrants" (who can't drive, who spit, etc). I've had Asian girlfriends in the past, with similar disdain for their more recently-arrived countrymen. Human nature, eh?
We all have our personal preferences and prejudices, I just couldn't believe how out there she was with it. We do get alot of clients who are EI and for the most part have had no problems over and above than with any other culture. It is true, some cultures have a different view on how to treat women. And we do accept all, however we sometimes might be a bit more upfront with certain individuals who display any signs of disrespect. If a woman is considered to be a second class citizen in their country, they may have to be "educated" in the ways of our society. But I think everyone needs to be given an equal and fair shake at things before we paint anyone with the same brush.
