Tara Inn on Eglinton just west of Brimley on the south side. In a large stripmall , it is an irish pub. Wednesday's are half price about $7 for 10 wings. They are meaty and very delicious.

Archibald's in Richmond Hill. Just a basic pub, but fairly large and decent wings. As good as any wing I've had at Bistro or Duff's.

I also have to say Pizza Hut has pretty good wings too.

Surprised how much of you guys like Duff's wings. A few years ago I decided to try them out. I went to Duff's on Bayview ave kinda close to Millwood. I ordered a half pound of wings but by the 2nd wing I noticed an extra oily after taste. I didn't like them but I finished most of them. I also noticed a lot of oil collecting on the bottom of the bowl. That really turned me off of them. I'm talking a lot of frigging oil floating on the top of the wing sauce at the bottom of the bowl. About 7 table spoons of oil.

I much prefer the wings at Originals down the street. Thurs is half price.

Yes, several times. My fav location is the one on Yonge st north in Richmond Hill. The entire wait staff and bartenders are young super hotties walking around in black tights. I applaud whoever does the hiring there. The eye candy is exceptional. The wings are pretty good but their names to not indicate what the flavor it is so it is difficult to pick a flavor. You would have to ask the waitress which flavors are which.. My fav is Caesar Does Texas. The Greek fries are amazing also.

Enjoy the view there

Bumping an old thread.... I tried St. Louis the other day (the one in the Atrium) and they were the worst wings I've ever had. Tiny, dry, overcooked, and very little sauce/flavour. I ate three and passed them back saying they were awful. I didn't argue or want my money back but I did make it clear that they were really bad wings.

I make awesome wings - way better than that!

Have a craving for them.
Looking for recommendations from my fellow travelers on the favourite places to get wings, of the chicken variety, and the places that might have 1/2 price Wednesdays!
Many thanks, for your recommendations.

St Louis has all you can eat for 19.99 right now.

BOOBS!!!!
Ok I like wings.

IMHO the best wings in Toronto are at a Korean bar called Home of Hot Taste. The have a bunch of different varieties but the best is the plain. Throw a bit of salt on it and it's heaven. It helps that there beer is ony $3.50 a bottle. There are two locations the one by Yonge and bloor is ok. They one by Yonge north of steeles is far better.

I live by the original on Avenue Rd. They are acceptable combined with the convenience. Not my fave but they make 'em up fresh for my takeout.

My favorite is All Stars Wings, they are always exactly the same juicy and cooked well.

I live in Oakville and we have a small place called The Wingery, there are a few locations around and they have very good wings and the are huge, they just opened a new place in Mississauga on Kennedy north of Eglington. Another great place is Sloppy Joe's on Lakeshore and Browns Line great wings and half price dine in on Tuesdays and Thursdays I think

St Louis wings are the worst wings I've ever tried. Like MissCroft said, they're tiny, dry, overcooked and taste horrible. I don't like Duff's either.

All Star Wings is very good, Wild Wing is good if you get the right flavour like Whiskey Girl, and surprisingly, the wings from Pizza Pizza are okay.

Thanks for bumping this old thread. I am always looking for the perfect wings.......consistently. I have had decent wings at St.Louis,,,,,but then awful wings. Same with Gabby's good on some occassions then awful! I will continue to explore the wing world and try some of these other places mentioned.
I think it is like my search for the perfect tiramisu.........awww, but that is another story.
Cheers,
S
