golf is a good walk spoiled even though I love/hate the game

best thing you can do as a golfer is throw away your driver and use 3 wood and irons


to shoot low throw driver away and practice around the green from 50 yards in

any one can get good at it then you start to break 80 as you go par bogey par bogey ...

learn how to shoot irons, chip, sand play which is actually easier than it looks IMHO and put then you are golden

i broke 80 at Glen Abbey but not from where the pros tee off

i had to birdie number 18 to do it which was a challenge with that pond staring at you


but

you can still go for a good walk without the clubs

Ford is wounded and has begun campaigning for the 2022 election. Therefore the political aspects to the pandemic will intensify. The Chief Medical Officers of Health in Toronto and Peel are not elected officials but wield significant power and will continue to weigh heavily on the decision process and circumvention of Ford if they choose to, potentially making him a “lame duck” Premier. LE recently gave Ford the cold shoulder on the stay at home enforcement order.
I agree that by Canada Day, if the ICU’s have some relief then Ford will be under immense pressure to open up, resulting in a “fourth wave” which hopefully is less severe than what is going on now due to increase vaccination rates and second dosages.

Two week extension to June 2nd - restaurants will need time to order and get ready. Patios would be open. Maybe golf courses open again.
It's hopefully the last large scale lockdown - doubtful any large indoor gatherings until well after Labour Day.

Going to be extended into 2029 since the threshold is < 1000 “cases” comprised of many false positives for starters. And ICU < 200.
