The car driver is at fault he's on the wrong side of the road, watch the approaching vehicles.
Nope... the perspective on the cars approaching is bit confusing but the road sign faces oncoming traffic on a traffic system that drives on the left hand lane!

If you're the DA on this case, who do you prosecute? Or what is your defense? Or what is the final verdict

Good catch. So the road signs and the other traffic indicate that the car was on the correct side of the road.

It was established long ago that they drive in the left lane. Oddly enough I'm on my way there tomorrow.

Love some of the liveleak comments ... "The biker probably didn't notice the blob of low-res pixels coming his way"

I disagree. The road sign is appropriately located for oncoming traffic.
You can disagree if you want. And you can blindly repeat your conclusion as much as you want. But what does the objective evidence show?

But, ironically, you are right: the sign is appropriately located for oncoming traffic. It is just that traffic travels on the left hand lane.

How do you know the other car was not on the wrong side of the road. Look at the bike that took off down the road. He was on the left. If this was indeed India or Pakistan it would explain a lot.

The second motorcyclist is. He pushes the first motorcycle into the intersection :)

It may be him speeding off after the accident.
You are correct, the second bike hits him from behind and knocks him into oncoming traffic.

After watching the vid numerous times, it certainly looks like that.
It's hard to tell. I would have expected the second bike to stop or at least wobble but it looks like it might just be moving past behind. However there is not enough resolution in the video to see what actually happened there.

Bingo, you are correct sir, I didn't think anyone would get it, however there is no prize unfortunately.

The issue for me becomes, why did that other biker take off so quickly after that incident, wouldn't you be compelled to stick around.

Thank you for confirming.

I was hoping you'd offer a free duo from the ladies of my choice at Mirage :)
The best I can offer is a lubed hand job from me around a corner with me having gloves on, this court has been adjourned!

The next question is is the bike that drove away the one that hit them, I say no, what say yous?

Do you have any confirmation that the second bike hit them? The video itself really isn't clear enough to tell whether it hit them or just drove past them.

I watched the video a dozen more times and I don't see that they were hit by any other bike. They drive past another bike and you may think that is one bike hitting another but it isn't. The bike with momentum is the one that continues, while the others are all essentially passed by the bike that gets hit by the car.

The bike that gets hit by the car is also accelerating indicating that he thought he could get out in front of the car faster but misjudged it.
