depending on your political leanings, and my sense is that most people lean more to the right or center right than the left -- so it'll be Tory.

I disagree.. I think Toronto is relatively evenly split.. When this all began in January I really wasn't sure if I wasn't going to vote for Chow, but she just hasn't impressed me whatsoever..

John Tory has done a good job of positioning himself as the guy who can fix both the problems of the Miller administration AND the problems of the Ford administration..

We also don't need any more transit cancellations, we need someone somewhere to finally do something -- what I like most about Tory is that he's mostly going to stay the course, do the the stuff that is already in flight, instead of trying to score political points by cancelling it for a photo op that in reality will cost the city hundreds of millions of dollars.

Agree. We've wasted billions cancelling projects and supporting dumb technologies like the Scarborough RT trains and building subways to nowhere just for political points.
