And btw, it was the US military's job to organize the withdrawal. They are under civilian control. But what they did is try to delay while they tried to convince the WH not to go. Just like they did to Obama. The Military is used to getting it's way. They wanted the war to go on because it gave them more bases near Iran, Russia, and China. A place to season troops, test new equipment.
So any issues with the withdrawal are not on Trump, nor are they on Biden.

I don't agree with a lot of things the leaders of the United states and Canada do. America has been supplying arms to terrorists since the United states was a country.
