That is a screengrab from the movie The Gypsy Moths. The Man in the pic is Burt Lancaster. Could it be a fake or a body double? I think unlikely.

He was married to Season Hubley and the film in question is Hardcore. She was also in Escape From New York. The director of Hardcore is Paul Schrader who's best known for writing Taxi Driver and Raging Bull.
The pic with Burt Lancaster is not a fake, taken from the film The Swimmer. The actress in question is Susan Langaard - don't know anything about her.
I beg to differ. The woman in the screengrab is Deborah Kerr.
