That's interesting, I didn't know that Kurt Russell had a wife before Goldie Hahn.

He was married to Season Hubley and the film in question is Hardcore. She was also in Escape From New York. The director of Hardcore is Paul Schrader who's best known for writing Taxi Driver and Raging Bull.
