Every time I go to my dad for dinner I borrow his lancet pen to see what my blood glucose is, and each time its around 4.5 to 5.

So far so good

If you have Type2 Diabetes..a fasting reading between 4 and 7.is good.....fasting meaning a measurement prior to breakfast and within 20 minutes of being awake from a night,s sleep...a reading 2 hours after a meal ideally should be between 7and 10

But before dinner a 5.0 reading is good, is it not??

Question: Who is more highly educated in their field of expertise Dr. Theresa Tam or the wingnuts you follow?

Here is a little reading for you before you place your foot deep into your mouth.

Remember, reading and absorbing are your friends.

This is my last post in regards to your vax and covid fetish.

Enjoy your day and remember, knowledge of facts is power.

Yep , running it into the ground.
That’s ironic because every time I’m downtown driving by the park at St Mike’s it’s always majority white Canadians on drugs and on fentanyl. I rarely see Asians or Indians…

A 5 is damn good.....although a 4 at any time is ok....anything less though you should have a glass of a soft drink or a couple of sugar cubes, wait 10 minutes and recheck yourself.....and under 5..you should think twice about driving..

You haven't seen Sherbourne and Dundas, predominantly black and white Canadians.
I think the park in that area is Moss park next to Dollarama, pretty gut wrenching.

Readings between 4-7 are considered normal. Lower than 4, a regular soft drink is ok or any type of fruit juice will also do the trick, usually about 3-5 oz is enough but everyone's body reacts differently. Sugar cubes are okay but often need water to help them dissolve. Mind you if you're 3.9 I wouldn't go running to guzzle any juices to adjust immediately but that also depends on what you're doing, have done or may be doing especially if it's physically demanding.
