The first time I saw an SP in a building that had a concierge who might ask questions (she warned me before hand and it had me freaked out) I had a plan. Go to a costume store and get a priests collar. Pair it with some wire rim glasses, black pants and sweater, and dress that way as I entered the building. Would he even ask?If you're going to an appointment at a condo, it makes sense to carry a package that makes it look like you're making a delivery. An insulated bag, or even an empty pizza box would do.
The concierge won't necessarily know which unit you're going to, but even if he did, if you come in with a pizza box and leave an hour later, he might just assume that lucky, like in hundreds of porn clips.
That is very clever ! LOL. I can only imagine what the concierge was thinking. The first time I saw an SP in a building that had a concierge who might ask questions (she warned me before hand and it had me freaked out) I had a plan. Ultimately I decided I was being paranoid and just tried to be low key, but fuck me if I wasn’t stopped and asked who I was seeing, and asked to sign in!!! I signed it Fr.David, with a little cross.
It depends on the condo and client. I'm a brown guy and my parents live in a condo that doesn't allow deliveries (they have to go down). Wherever I visit them while carrying a bag (food or otherwise), the concierge always assumes I'm an Uber eats driver and stops me. Can you book such a hotel for a few hours? Or should it be a complete day?Four or five star hotel for one hour plus outcall.
I've been told you can on some of the lower rated hotels, but I've never checked or booked. I'm on Priceline right now reacquainting myself with some of the mystery hotels, you can tell by the area, the star rating and the amenities which hotel it is sometimes to save 50%. But the bogus high fees bring it back down to maybe 30 to 40% savings. Well, savings is savings. Can you book such a hotel for a few hours? Or should it be a complete day?
Not assumptions...it happened to me. I had an airbnb and all of those things did happen. Cost me quite a bit to fix damage after one party, and neighbors complained about the stuff going on outside on one occasion. In all fairness, the host of an AirBnb wouldn't even know the girl is a sex worker unless she tells him or she gets busted for having too many visitors. In that case , someone would have to complain .I know that there are some girls who use AirBnb's all the time and are so subtle that they never get caught. Its all in how you operate. I would assume that most girls have a cut off time. I.e, no one after 10 or 11 pm etc.
On the air BNB website , you can choose anything from shared spaces to entire home and condos to yourself.
I think the things you said about guys coming and going and doing drugs and the pimp things is all assumptions you are making . Not all escorts allow those things to happen and not all guys who see escorts are drug addicts. Some are actually extremely serious professionals who are just looking to have some fun.
Airbnb requires that hosts declare whether there are cameras or not, and where. They get kicked off Airbnb if the don't follow this policy, and if there are hidden cameras inside I would guess it would be a criminal offense in most places. There have been stories about them in bathrooms and bedrooms too!!!! Yuck!!!!
It has actually turned me off AirBnB for personal use. I use to like the idea but now …. Not so much.
I would never use one for working. I don’t know how ladies do it to be honest.
I am sorry to hear that happened to you.Not assumptions...it happened to me. I had an airbnb and all of those things did happen. Cost me quite a bit to fix damage after one party, and neighbors complained about the stuff going on outside on one occasion.
Did also have at least one time when the gal was very discreet and must have put the word out to her clients to be discreet.
It was after those few bad experiences that I made my house rules quite explicit.
If I was hosting an Airbnb again it would depend on the area the unit was located in. If it was a more commercial part of town I may not set up rules like that...but in a residential family neighborhood as a landlord/host I think it is necessary. One complaint to the city and your place would be shut down one way or the other.
Hotels do offer short stay rates . You just have to call to inquire about them .Can you book such a hotel for a few hours? Or should it be a complete day?

I’ll be interested to see as well.Personally I think hotels is going to continue to be the popular choice because you dont have to worry about nosy neighbors or security/ concierge.
We shall have to see how this poll pans out.

Most hotels require key cards after a certain time. Hilton Garden Inn's and Marriott's are just a few that require key cards after i believe it is 11pm or 12 am.I’ll be interested to see as well.
The problem I find with hotels is the increasing number that require a key card to access guest floors. I know there are ways around it other than meeting in the lobby but it can arouse suspicion from hotel staff. It’s been a while since I had an inside scoop on Marriott but they were actively anti sex work at one point. Part of staff training was ways to recognize possible SP activity and huge trouble for the franchise operator if management were caught looking the other way. Getting outed by staff would be a problem for both the SP and the client.
Now that those Mormons own just about every second hotel ….
