For me

Surf and Turf with a side of Deep Fried Shrimp. May be some French Onion soup. Rice Pudding for desert

Then again If it was my for sure last meal I would be too nervous to eat it.

Kind of a sick irony to the last meal offer isn't there ?

I remember reading somewhere that, while they could have had anything they wanted, convicts on death row frequently choose a hamburger as their last meal.

Sorry I don't have a link, but I guess it makes sense - comfort food would probably be more desirable than something fancy but possibly alien to their palate.
