What is the highest level of math you know?

Math that actually made me money? Monte Carlo simulations, numerical optimization, game theory.
Math that has no monetary value - Lie groups, differential geometry.

Applied mathematics for business and economics. That would include calculus, matrix algebra, functions, econometrics and statistics. I'm confident that my math skills would at least put me in the top 5 percentile of the population.
Not that it has helped me in my love life. I have a MS in computer science and an almost PhD in mathematics in Number Theory. Had to drop out due to time constraints.
I've forgotten most of the math I took. The highest level, SAS Programming but I never mastered it. Statistics has probably helped me the most in my money management. When I had to take Dynamics, it was Greek to me. I sweated through that course, the next semester I was resentful when I saw it in practical terms on ACAD.
If I have to assess the level of mathematical proficiency
of a non-mathematician scientist whose background I
know nothing about other than him or her being a physicist
or physical chemist I'd check out how he or she performs
vector analysis. If he or she is able to evaluate a vector operation
such as a scalar triple product using the same tensor notation
used by Albert Einstein instead of following standard matrix
algebra textbooks then I can tell this researcher's math
skill is up to date.
