I called Rogers Wireless and have the same new voice activated service.... it totally misdirected my call. All of a sudden it started telling me about headsets. I was calling about changing my cell phone monthly minutes. I can't believe they think this system is really that wonderful.... it's terrible & stupid.stacey4u2luv said:
