I have spinach smoothies , dark berries are supposed to be the most nutritious, pink fish for their good fats, broccoli salad, a drink of aloe vera (drink it fast because it is bitter).
With my smoothie maker, put in enough ice and whatever is in it becomes ice cream so veggie ice cream etc.
