Biden restarted building the wall after he realized the border became a disaster after he halted building it. Even though he said he wouldn't build even another mile of wall.

Biden start at the wall project because the funds had been appropriated by Trump and could not be reappropriated to something else. Building a wall does not stop illegal immigration finishing a wall might but it's still unrealistic to build a wall across the whole Southern border

The funding appropriated for this section of barriers is separate from the Defense Department funds that Mr. Trump reprogrammed to build a wall. Mr. Biden halted the use of the reprogrammed defense funds on his first day in office.

Are you trying to say misappropriated ? Trunps idea for a wall was so stupid even the republicans voted against it so he took money from the militarys anti drug fund. Now Republicans wonder why there is so much fentanyl on the streets after Trump came in.
