an std specialist on web docs for years.
i have included his comments on oral and stds below:


“Oral sex carries substantially lower risk for STDs than vaginal or anal sex. There is risk for several but not all STDs are transmissible by oral sex. Chlamydia is not, and HSV-2 is rare. HSV-1, gonorrhea, and syphilis are possible for either the oral or penile partner; and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) for the penile partner. HPV can be transmitted from genitals to mouth, but rarely causes symptoms or any health problem in the oral cavity. HIV transmission by oral sex probably occurs, very rarely.”

A quick check on google confirms that chlamydia does in fact spread through oral sex, confirmed on multiple reputable sites.

I'm pretty sure Amber knows what she's talking about. It's pretty straightforward - if you get a BBBJ, you are running a risk of a STI. You can argue about how much of a risk, but it's not zero.

For the male recipient of oral sex, possible STIs that can be caught include herpes, HPV and syphilis. These have open sores that transmit the bug. HIv has never been recorded to be transmitted as such; chlamydia and gonorrhea would be exceptionally rare.

They showed me my results when I was there two days ago and it was negative for everything.

So I've only had chlamydia in the throat a total of once out of the thousands of dicks I've sucked over the years, so not suuuuuper likely, but definitely still a risk!

Well I guess I'm really unlucky cause I got chlamydia from I think my very first bbbj with a service provider.

And, maybe 2 years ago I got gonorrhea from bbj from a service provider.

I rarely do bbbj with SP's, but the rare times I did I got something.
