So you have no proof to back up your claims. You're just making it up. If you had proof of your hypothesis you'd post it.

Why am I not surprised?

Older conservatives will support cuts to social/socialist programs. Christie's statements on this topic will not hurt him.

Considering the overwhelming positive numbers for SS a crapton of GOP voters must also support it. And its safe to say some wealthy Democrat voting Wall St employees and other rich folk feel the opposite.

Here is the other side where even poor Americans look down on welfare recipients.

It reminds that every post election analysis, we hear the experts say "the nation showed that they didn't want this or they didn't want that". When 80 million people vote for one side, we don't really know what all the reasons were for people voting a certain way. It's all speculation mixed in with the analysist's own particular bias.
This is exactly true.
The spin on "what the election really showed" is always heavily influenced by the narratives the media already wanted to push.
Especially in something like a US presidential election, where people vote strategically and you can limited information on their intentions (as is the case in all Plurality voting).

As there has never been a cut voted in nethinks you are mistaken. Care to supply proof?
Hang on.
Because Trump's proposed budgets weren't passed that means he never proposed them?

This is a second fact check debunking Val.

These are both about his campaign promise about payroll tax.
And yeah, spinning that as a proposed cut in social security is stretching things.

What does that have to do with Trump proposing cuts to Social Security and Medicare/Medicaid in the budgets he submitted to congress?
