Although you claimed this was about Target Inc.'s gender neutral bathrooms, if you had read your article carefully, you'd have noticed the the writer took pains to say the attack was in … a Target women’s restroom"[emphasis added]. You would also have noted:

"… the mother went into the restroom with her young daughter", when the "man [described as drunk] entered and claimed he had to go. Police say he then forced himself into a stall where the young girl was".

Nothing a sign was going to prevent, or even discourage. Unless the possibility of finding some six-foot hockey player in a unisex washroom adjusting their garter-belt occurred to the perv.

Obviously this could have happened in any sort of washroom — or outside — and in fact it did happen in a gender-specific one. [SARCASM]Clearly proving such places allow even drunken pervs better access to more numerous prey. It is the Lounge on TERB, where we come "for open discussion", and a member is responsible for what they choose to begin their discussion thread with and include in it. In this instance the OP chose to use someone else's headline (complete with link) as if it was his own, and added some unrelated genetic stuff. So I replied to his post and his header.

And I read the article he chose to link, and discussed that with quotations. It is as far from 'being true' to it's own title as the OP's opinion was was.

I replied only from the article the OP linked to, everything is there in that story. But since you mentioned the others, I looked; you might check the link to the site's own earlier unrelated sex-toy story, linked-to for some reason in this article. NaturalNews are clearly not Target fans. That might account for them trying to make the familiar tale of a drunk in the ladies room into something it isn't.

If the NBC report adds anything, it's the possibility that the drunk really did hafta go urgently, like he said when arrested. The way they tell it, he exposed his genitals as he pushed the girl out of the stall. How perverted is that!

Personally, I think 99% of people are your usual male or female. They know it, we all can see that.

Any company spending tons of money and time adjusting bathrooms to have a third bathroom is a waste of resources. You can't appease everyone.

A more helpful use of resources is having all these restaurants, stores and schools spend some money cleaning the bathrooms more regularly, stocking it with supplies and making sure every tap and hand dryer actually works properly.
