I refuse to shop and support these big american companies like Walmart, Staples, Home Depot. They come into this country and try to put all our local business under. In return they offer nothing to the community. There business practices are borderline unethical. The majority of these companies keep there employees hours down, so the majority of them are part time employees and therefore they have no rights. American companies are run a lot different then we do business in Canada. The Americans are not big on customer service and it shows when you go into one of there stores. How many times have any of you gone into a Home Depot and wited around for hours for someone to come and help you.....Guess what??????There not comming. Walmart is know for squeezing there suppliers so badly that they go bankrupt. The suppliers need the business so badly and can ilaford to turn down the business. We won't even get into how walmart treats there employees because that is well documented. You would think that in todays market consumers would be aware of certain business practices but yet get fooled all the time by Business Depot/stapples. They sell all the popular consumable products like paper at a loss but gauge on everything else, but the consumer is consumed with the price of the paper and think there getting a great deal on everything else. Guess what????? Your not. Call me Don Cherry or the Canadian Archie Bunker but I'm shopping CANADIAN. I'm going to support the canadian companies, the canadian economy. Companies like Canadian Tire, Rona, Home Hardware, Grand and Toy, Future Shop or the small independent guy. These American conglomarants can go to hell and they will never see any of my money
