Nice try ... Only problem with that reasoning is that the OP specifically stated that the couple live in a condo across the street. The only way he could get a good view of their activity is if they are at approximately the same level, which I'm assuming is the case. You would have to be unbelievably naive to think that you can't be seen in a well-lit high-rise building, from another high-rise 100 metres away.
I could understand if the couple were seniors, then you could argue that they were just absent-minded ... in which case, T-boy wouldn't likely be interested
In any case, given how willing some people are to expose themselves on the internet these days, and how many people are willing to watch, this seems neither very shocking or perverted to me.
