So, long story short....I live downtown in an apartment building. I happened to be looking through binoculars (I wasn't actually looking at anything in particular at the time, if I remember correctly) and saw a couple in the middle of sex in a condo building opposite. The building is, hmm, maybe 100 yards away, accross the other side of the street. They had their curtains fully open (actually, I'm not even sure they have curtains in their apartment) and it was hot to watch, obviously!

So, that was a couple of months back, and now I see this all the time. I watch, and its hot! I never considered myself a voyeur (I didn't know it was my "thing") but now I stop what I'm doing maybe once a week and see what's happening in that apartment opposite. This is usually late at night, maybe after 10PM. Sometimes I see nothing and just go back to watching the TV....but sometimes something is going on and its definitely worth watching!

Now...two weeks ago, I see another couple also having sex two apartments below! I now think it is a new woman living in that apartment alone as I've never noticed her before...and she walks around naked in the apartment fairly often (or, when I'm watching, that is!).

So, is this ethically ok?! Should I feel ashamed that I'm watching?! I mostly think its ok....these people are in their apartments, lights on, curtains open. Surely if they cared they would close their curtains?! Plus, its better than TV!

Does anybody else do anything like this?! Or should I just get out more?! :p

P.S if you are that couple having sex or that woman walking around naked with your curtains fully open...sorry, I can see you! But please, don't close the curtains!

Nothing wrong with it at all, unless your building is cloaked or invisible and they do not know it is there. Any reasonable person can not expect privacy in that situation, especially in a big city like T.O. The couples are probably getting off on it too. Make sure they see you watching and see what their reaction is. If they start closing the curtains or keep them open you will have your answer.
When I was in University I lived on residence. There was a common room where a bunch of friends would get together with beer and watch a free show. A girl across the way in residence would walk around every other night naked near the windows. It kind of got boring after a while, but interesting at first. I am sure she knew she was being studied.
Get those binoculars with a built in camera, takes some digi's and start posting here, lol.

hahah reminds me of my residence experience.. haha there a guy on my floor who I'm sure has become a swinger. He used to bring girls over to fuck in his room, deliberately leaving his room door open just so a bunch of us horny floor-mates could walk in on them.. and some of the female sluts in university... hahahah the used to scream so loud while fucking like they were the only ones on the floor... i could hear them from the end of the hallway :DD

All sex should be consentual. More specifically, all sex should be expressively, clearly, and enthusiastically consentual.

Not saying no to a particular sexual activity because you don't have the opportunity to say no is NOT consent. And walking around your appartment naked with the curtains open and lights on is NOT expressively consenting to being looked at by your neighbour using his binoculars anymore than wearing a short skirt is an invitation to being gropped.

I know....but honestly...I wasn't looking at anything in particular at the time. I had been given some binculars and didn't really know what to do with them!

I would agree.

I guess that was the type of answer I was looking for. And I agree...but really, doesn't everybody know that if you don't close your curtains you can be seen?! That's what curtains are for!

And Great Bear...are you serious?! ban for what exactly?!

Nothing wrong with what your doing. They choose to leave their curtains open and know there is another building that close. Hope you have high power binoculars with zoom lenses. I do. :D
Years ago I lived in an apt and there was another directly accross from me. Not as close as yours is but close enough that I thought I saw someone naked walking around in the early morning. Got out my binoculars and sure enough it was a single woman living there and she walked around naked in the morning while getting ready for work. This morning routine went on for months. Gave me something to do while having my morning coffee. Sometimes I'd go wake the wife up and throw a fuck into her before heading off to work. Made the morning much more pleasant.

Ok....but its like being at a nude beach and "not looking" at the hot girl. These people are just opposite my window, and whether I look at them with visual aids, or just with my naked eye, I can still see them! My TV is just by my window so unless I have my own curtains closed, I can see the window opposite while I'm watching the TV!
