In True Romance as Elvis and I had no idea till a few years later and it's one of my all time favourites..

Was in another one my all times in ''Heat''..Geez what a great cast for a fantastic film.

Had a rep as a hard guy to get along with on the set but seems to do good work just the same.

I imagine we will hear the skinny on him now that he's gone.

I first noticed him in Real Genius, an under-rated comedy.

He was a devout Scientologist, which makes me wonder if he was denied medication that could have saved his life. Isaac Hayes was denied heart medication and Kelly Preston....

Very handsome man, what a waste. The particle beam scene.

An iconic actor from my youth. They're dropping like flies. RIP Val. His first feature film role is in one of my favorite comedies from the 1980's

Wow, this one hit me a little. First time I saw him was in Top Gun and to me, he set the "cool" standard.
RIP, thanks for the entertainment.

The Duel between Doc Holliday and Johnny Ringo has left me wondering...whatever happened to Michael Biehn?

Val Kilmer played Doc Holliday the best, he looked like a man who had tuberculosis. Kirk Douglas (Gunfight at the OK Corral) and Victor Mature (My Darling Clementine) looked too healthy. I would take Henry Fonda over Kurt Russell as Wyatt Earp.

Haven't seen Kevin Costner's movie.

Watched a documentary on him a couple of years ago. Likeable guy. So sad that he killed himself slowly with the devil's weed.
Throat cancer. From smoking cigarettes.
To paraphrase Rick James.
Tobacco. One hell of a drug
