For an abbreviated period of 2 days or so. That's how long it takes the mRNA generated antibodies to kill the virus
And how many days is it for a non-vaccinated person??

No. It is not all the same to me. I wouldn’t go that far.

It may seem that way because I take issue with mandate in general. Which means while it applies to job which you agree is force, it also applies to SCs. I can’t be picky and choosy when say one type the mandate is ok and the other is not. I’m against the mandate itself. So some non-essential things get lumped into that But if you notice, I’m mostly taking about things like losing a job or now being denied life saving organ transplants.

Also - I have been using the word force. It is force. I don’t think I have said forced. If that makes a difference to you.
It sure seemed like you meant forced since you completely disagreed with all of my posts.
Your definition of the word forced is not the same as mine.

Professional hockey player Duncan Keith can make a reasonable argument that he is being forced to take the vaccine.
The fan who would like to go to the game cannot.

One purpose of the mandates is to reduce the spread of Covid-19.
How significant the reduction is debatable and tough to accurately quantify.
A single person can lead to a super spreader event which can spawn more and more.
This whole pandemic started with a first case and very few contracted it from the initial source of transmission to humans.

Even if the risk reduction is not dramatic, the passports are desirable for piece of mind for the overwhelming vast majority who stepped up to do their civic duty and collectively get us out of lockdown and prevent a much greater loss of life and economic disaster.
It is also there to show that every reasonable layer of prevention is in place, thus another lockdown should be much less likely.
Firstly it's a false "peace of mind" since the vaxed can and do get infected and spread the virus. Secondly, the unvaxed are as much of a threat to the vaxed as the fully vaxed are and, since the assumption is that the vaxed are safe, the "peace of mind" is a false sense of security. The construction sector in Ontario established a simple procedure at the beginning of the pandemic. Everyone has their temperature checked upon entry to the site- over 37° and you get turned away. And guess what? It worked, no on site outbreaks. And what are we doing instead? Our city is on the verge of firing unvaxed bus drivers while the passengers can come and go without any restrictions. You have to be an Imbecile to come up and promote such stark idiocy.

Anti-vaxer conspiracy nuts are generally less likely to follow any public health measure, so yes, fuck them!!!

Bye-bye, hope the door slapped them hard on their way out!

The anti-vaxxers have lost! It doesn't matter how much you jump up and down and cry and whine, if you are not vaxxed you will be denied entry into nonessential services and may lose your job as well.

I hope with an election coming in June for Ford he realizes the majority of Ontarians have had enough with anti-vaxxers and want him to ramp up the mandates.

Jebus! What have we done to ourselves?
P.S. When the fully vaxed start filling the hospitals, like everywhere else, I assure you that I will still manage to feel sorry for them.

There are still way more unvaxed in the hospital.
Even if we eventually see a 50/50 ratio, it would mean roughly 10% unvaxed are filling the hospital the same amount as 90% vaccinated, aka the vaccines are highly effective.

And I mean fuck them in the context of this thread, whining about vaccine passports for non-essential businesses.

Look, we are not going to succeed by allowing the unvaccinated to stand in line at Tim Hortons with the vaxed. Firing essential workers who have been on the front line this entire time only creates bad blood and does ZERO to prevent the spread of Covid. I am out there every single say and have been all through the pandemic and it's getting more and more difficult to walk around without shitting my pants from laughter. The absurdity of it all has no boundaries.

As long as it's someplace warm and with cable, I'm OK with it.
This can be arranged! Absolutely you can enjoy cable and warm weather is an automatic except you are going to have to build a shelter to protect you from the torrential rain but you're in construction so easy peasy. See, we can agree on some things.

Don’t need cable. Just internet. I have streaming accounts. We can share so long as you bring the snacks.
I'm so sorry but you will not be allowed on the island due to your double jabbed status.

NO TRESPASSING will be the law of the island!

Say what you will, there will always be an upside/advantage to anything.
Even being unvaccinated. ;)

You're on to something.

ps...I suspect you will be allowed on the island! ;) :ROFLMAO:

Oh NO No NO nO nO....it's my ISLAND. I created it for the unvaxxed and purchased extra sharks, big ones!

I even hired TJ to ring the bell!

The marketing campaign has begun. JC, pack your bags!!
