Up Charging

Hello! So as mentioned on the thread reviewing Summer (and I agree that this discussion took too much away from the review of this lovely young lady) some (not all, as Victoria suggested) girls at GP do charge extra for CIM, COF, Greek, fetishes, MSOG, and special requests. Part of the reason being is that unlike PK, GP is independent based and the girls have their own restrictions and get to decide what they are willing to do and if they feel an extra charge is warranted. I myself charge extra for greek as it means I will be sore and not likely to be seeing other gentlemen for a while after. For CIM/COF, I charge extra depending if it is one of my regular clients of not. The reason for this being if it's CIM there is more of a chance of getting an STI (if it is a client I have not seen and know to be clean) and for COF, it's because I have to take the time afterwards to clean up and re-apply my makeup and/or do my hair. As well, when I worked for other agencies, I was allowed to charge extra, so not so sure that this is an agency thing rather than a personal preference. What are everyone's thoughts?

What I do not get are the ladies (not at GP) charging extra for multiple positions and/or msog. The guy pays $$$$ for the hr. and gets charged extra because he does doggy and missionary?

I have yet to use GP but am very tempted. You seem like a very nice and reasonable girl.

I personally don't charge for MSOG or changing positions. Wow, charging for positions is a new one for me! I would be soooo bored with one position for a whole hour! And MSOG, I discourage the girls very much from charging for this as you're right -- a client is paying for the time spent, not the number of orgasms. The more the better, I'd say! I like to know I pleased my partner and whether they cum ten times or not at all is not of importance as long as they enjoyed themselves.

The only girl I know who DOES charge for MSOG is Violet. The only girls who don't charge for CIM would be Daisy, Kelly, and myself (for regular clients).

Hi Kat!!! Thx as I did not wish to explain that in depth on our Lovey Summer thread... I honestly feel this to be a personal preference... (As you know... (Kat) I do not charge my regular clients for any extras either, and I too only charge a certain number of clients until a more intimate relationship is developed on a more regular client basis. CIM is the only "extra" I charge for as GRK is my only restriction... hehe I also picked our ladies brains about this one... and most of them do agree this "up charge" to be more of a personal choice...

Okay, well, since I was the first one (I guess) who brought up the pricing discrepancy between GP and PK on the cim issue I suppose I started the so-called "hijack" of the other thread. BUT, it was not intended to be that, at all. I talked about it because it was brought up IN THAT THREAD. I could not talk about it if it did not exist, though, right? It's a "thing" that did apply to Summer (but not solely, I concur), after all. I think it was something that ended up, overall, being what you'd look down from above and call a hijack but at the time it was just a reply-to-a-reply-to-a-reply, each one being related, etc.

So, yep, I can understand up-charging from your side, ladies, but, from my side I know I can go and see another equally fine lady who just happens to not be employed by you (okay, maybe better to say, "part of the GP collective" LOL) who isn't going to charge me extra. I spend quite a bit, I think, between escorts and massage and feel I'm actually good for the "industry economy" if you will, so calling me cheap, in this case, would be very insulting (not that anyone did).

So, in conclusion, moreover, and heretofore, I like how you've stated your reasons, kathryn, but from this side it's about simple math. All you ladies look great and I've been very pleased with the PK ladies I've encountered so all the "service and looks" and incidentals factors cancel out leaving just the money factor.

P.S. You are turning me on, though, not just with your eloquence but also your willingness to engage (which is something I also gave credit to PKJason for doing). I was going to come see you at PK when all the crap was blowing up here over you and a certain other TERBite but Rain had/has me in a trance so wanted to stick with her at the time and you were gone before I could.

There was an interesting thread on this topic on the other board several months ago....one of the posts has stuck with me as it really made sense. The conclusion was , from an SP perspective..."I up charge because I can"...I think everyone expects an upcharge on Greek, which I think is a premuim service, I tend to think that cim is also. I don't happen to agree that mpos or msog should be considered premium...but that is of course my opinion. As long as the expectations are set up front I don't see a problem with charging extra for cim. That said...the "market" price for extra (based on rudimentary analysis) is only about $25.

I never understood the STI claim to upcharge for this. I would think your health is worth more than $25-60. Also, just because you have seen a client before, doesn't mean you know their sexual history.

Exactly Cleo. Recently, I inquired about CIM with an SP and was told $100 extra. Obviously, it was not something she wanted to do and I can just imagine how much enthusiasm there would be. What it told me was that money was important to her and so I passed completely figuring her service would be generally be substandard. An assumption, I know, but it is valid...and my money.

I brought this MSOG thing up with my fave a while ago, and she laughed, and said "have 2, have 3, hell, have 10 if you want to".
She mentioned there is no restriction on her in a rendez vous, so why would she restrict the client......she also said it's not a major issue...at least with her...most are very happy after 1 time

I think that if you're saying you're GFE there shouldn't be upcharges for CIM or MSOG. GFE should be all inclusive and I usually don't go if I know there's going to be extras charged. I do these things with a GF. I get the Greek surcharge for the reasons kathyrn and Cleo have stated and it's not something that every GF would do with their BF.

Well, to be fair, not all GF's do CIM either (unless I've been very unlucky). But the point has been made that either you do it or you don't and an upcharge shouldn't be part of the reason.

Agree with this totally - women can charge whatever they want (for whatever reason), men can choose to see them (or not), and the market will work itself out. Also agree that Kathryn's open attitude and overall friendliness is very welcome in Ottawa.
