Why not?

Russian state-controlled media been stirring up hate against Ukrainians for a decade. It's endemic and intense. Go look at the thread I did on Putin's propaganda.
Nonsense, the Putin has said Ukrainians are their brothers and its only the NAzis he is after. I have seen plenty evidence of Ukrainians being given aid and medical care by Russians. Even the Azovs were given medical care.

Overall what Russia is currently doing strongly reminds me of the nazi Germany. As Winston Churchill once said, future fascists will be calling themselves anti-fascists. Hopefully the end of all this will be similar as well.

I have not see any stats or hard data to support the facts that rape has been conducted by Russian troops, only that it likely has. In this climate of massive propaganda I am not willing to call out or condemn anything without a solid factual basis. Where was anyone calling out the rapes of civilians by US and NATO troops? The media did not even give voice to victims. So all we are seeing now is racist propaganda and I refuse to support this.
You refuse to 'see' any evidence.

All countries have elements of fascism, now it seems, more so then ever. The Freedums are fascists, and AntiFa and Proud boys all have elements of fascism. If it ends in a similar fashion to the 3rd reich then we are all probably gonna die. So be careful what you wish for. Personally I hope Ukraine surrenders as I think its a fucked up country no better then Russia and probably worse. And I hope there can be a new detente with Russia.

Holy shit... What the Russian dictator does is absolutely unacceptable. If you try to get peace yielding to such people, you will end up losing anyways and will anyways get wars or chemical terror in other places (maybe near your home) in the end. Once such folks sense any weakness, they get more aggressive and still wilder appetites. Putin needs to be terminated at all costs asap. We really do not know to which extent he is mentally insane since dictators health information is unavailable to public.

I don't agree, you cannot really assess if what Putin is doing is unacceptable, as you have no idea what all the facts are and what intelligence info he had, or if in fact it is even purely his decision. At the very worst, his decision to attack Ukraine is no worse then the US 2nd attack on Iraq. In fact the deaths and casualties are far lower so far. The US has been acting like a dictator for 30 years, and this is Russias decision to stand up to the West led by the US, so when the shoe is on the other foot. you can see how he is acting with the exact same logic you profess.

Sure you can.
Wars of aggression are war crimes. Thousands have died and Ukraine is now a shambles. That's all on Putin.
Iraq II was a war crime for Bush/Blair. They both should have been sent to the ICC.

Stop trying to justify war.

Not knowing all the data you cannot say if it a war of aggression. For example the US justified war in Iraq over WMD and preemption. As we found out later, that was a complete fabrication and they knew it was a lie when the told the lie. So that set the standard and the "rules". Russia telegraphed the risks it perceived and was not willing to accept. The west outright refused to address the these risks and now we have a war. Same rules different initiator. It takes 2 to tango. NATO and Zelensky chose to make no attempt to engage Russia in addressing these security risks that Russia declared to be red lines. Therefore they accepted war. If you blatantly ignore any nations red lines, you accept and acknowledge you will be attacked and are ready to defend. Its diplomatic equivalent of BRING IT ON.

What 'data' do you think could have justified Russia's war of aggression?
Plans for a future nato base in Ukraine. Stationing of nuclear weapons in Ukraine. Plans to assist Ukraine in a war to take Crimea. NATO providing aid and assistance to Ukraine to wipe out the Donbas rebellion, and satellite and intercepts that indicated the attack was imminent.

In fact those are not the real causes. The real cause of this war is simple: preserving his PERSONAL power within Russia by building his personal alpha macho brand and increasing his power in the world. This is a typical hyperegomaniac. In fact he started war against Ukraine in 2014 (only on a smaller scale) after the Ukrainian mass protests made the then corrupt (and actually also illegal) Ukrainian president colluded with Putin flee Ukraine. Basically it's a situation similar to that in Syria, only with the difference that the Syrians did not achieve to expel Assad, elect new government and bring the Syrian army to their side. So as a result, the newly elected Ukrainian government and the Ukrainian army became "nazi" while the Syrian opposition became "ISIS terrorists" in the Russian propaganda in order to consolidate the Russian people around their leader in his great crusade against the world's "evil" and in parallel boost his political ranking among Russians since the Russian failing economy and social welfare during all his 20 years of ruling started making Russians doubt if they were having the right leader during all those years... Donbass "rebellions" were planned by Putin and fully staged by the Russian military special forces. In fact it was a disguised Russian hybrid invasion.
I happened to be in such situations at a micro level at work. You know there are some social monitors with average abilities who create their importance by not adding real value to the team but by first inflating small problems (or even making them up) and then putting themselves at the center of the process of their resolution. All this is accompanied by the gall and no scruples. The boss sees how great of a leader such people are and promotes them. That's how Putin came to power and how he manages to hold it for years in violation of the Russian constitution. In fact, Putin in the first place is an illegal president, who illegally seized power which already made him a big criminal in Russia itself with an obvious sentence to a very long term in prison. All the other stuff he's been doing are just aggravating consequences which would surely bring him to life imprisonment if he got captured and tried by the international tribunal.
The big global danger any dictatorship (especially with nukes) poses to the world is that the dictator is above any law and totally uncontrollable so if it happens that this dictator goes mad to the point of being group suicidal, the whole world will be screwed. Political leadership in any country needs to change, at most every 10 years. And this leadership should not hold all the power but be divided among president, parliament and court with every politician subject to regular physical and mental health checks.

Indeed, Russians are quite good at advanced medical procedures.

Then why didn't they produce any of this data?
When they had the chance to justify their invasion, they went with the bullshit biolabs story instead, and threw in the "De-Nazification" thing.

If they had all this evidence of the other justifications, why didn't they go with that instead of the bullshit?

Why do you hate Ukraine to that extent, especially as they have been moving towards Democracy and away from autocracy? They have a leader who is a Jew. Their elections are far more free and fair, and they have been trying to root out corruption.
Now, if the bombing by the Russian soldiers have killed thousands of Ukrainians and destroyed the lives and homes of millions of citizens of Ukraine, in what way can Ukraine even be considered to be worse than Russia?

So is Viktoriya lying about being raped by the Russian soldiers?

Also there were several other controversial reasons for the attempts to dismiss her from office, and not just the sexual allegations charges:

Why Ukraine's human rights chief Lyudmila Denisova was dismissed
The country's ombudsperson for human rights, Lyudmyla Denisova, is accused of having neglected her duties. But human rights activists have criticized her dismissal.

The US attack on Iraq was an unprovoked war of aggression.
Holy shit, are you just completely pro imperialism now?
You support the Iraq war?
Holy fuck.
Iraq war was provoked by Saddam's mad belligerence (invasion of Kuwait, chemical attacks on opposition and genocides of other religious groups within Iraq and just savage oppression and brutality toward Iraquis). Saddam was an insane brutal dictator and the situation was still more dangerous due to his strong friendship with Russia (actually Russians could well help him hide all his nuclear stuff by simply taking it to Russia for example). Even if Saddam was not going to have nukes any time, he still was a big danger for the world security and terminating his dictatorship was a good cause and I appreciate the US for that. I guess most Iraquis appreciated that too in the end...
