Dont be so sure about that. Once the wests stockpile of obsolete weapons are exhausted, what will they supply? Brand new modern weapons? Offensive weapons? I am not so sure about that. We'd have to wait and see.Addy, I thought Bakhmut was going to fall and the Ukrainians would simply trade the garrison for heavier Russian losses and do a prisoner swap later this year, as with the Mariupol garrison. But the Russians are so lame that their Bakhmut offensive has run out of steam and collapsed.
Russia will run out before Ukraine. Because the West will keep supplying Ukraine.

Not in detail. But it's clear that Russia's offensives have stalled. You just need to look at a map and then you know that the battle lines aren't moving, despite months of Russian effort.
