Why would Ukraine risk Trump telling his buddy about their plans.
Remember when he couldn't keep his mouth shut about the classified successfull hypersonic missile test back in 2020?
He described it as a "super duper" missile that travelled at 17 times the speed of sound.
Absolutely.

It just shows that neither Ukraine or Russia take him seriously.
Massive success for Ukraine, though.

Zelensky would not have told Biden or Harris of their plan as well.
Those Russian bombs taken our by Ukraine were required to be
visible which means vulnerable by treaty agreed on by Russia and
the U.S. Remember Richard Nixon's SALT? The U.S. and Russia have
a long history of collaboration on nuclear arms control.

Ukraine didn't sign that treaty, they signed the one with security guarantees and gave up their nuclear weapons and bombers, likely some of the ones they just destroyed.
Russia didn't honour that treaty and the West did nothing.

Ukraine didn't have to sign the treaty for Russia to keep
its strategic bombers not so visible to its NATO financiers
in the future when the war escalates.

Ex-Stand-Up Comedian Humiliates Ex-KGB Agent and Doesn't Need a Suit

Seems that Zelensky was holding 4 Aces and the King of Drones when he visited the WH while Trump and Vance were running their mouths about "Not having any cards" This is epic!

This is like a Russian pearl harbour... how did that work out for the Japanese? Russia has almost 100 TU-22's and about 60 TU-95 in service with 40 in storage. The TU-160 is back in production. For the war they probably use about 10-12 % of their strategic bombing fleet in each strike and don't even carry full loadouts. So the impact on the pummeling will probably be much heavier pummeling. The planes doing the most damage are the SU 24 30, 34, 35 dropping glide bombs on fortified positions. Its possible they lost 30-34 planes, but until we see daytime sat images we won't know. Those images posted could be a plane destroyed or a plane damaged with a lot of firefighting chemicals used. BUT even if its that many planes they can be replaced and Russia simply does not need that many for the war. A TU-95 can loft 8-10 cruise missiles so 10 planes is 80-100 missiles.

Russia has been pounding its puny dick on Ukraine for 3 years with little to show for it. Nothing's going to change, except 1 or 2 of Putin's Air Force guys are going to fall out of windows.
