Trump is being honeytrapped by the Epstein files which explains his actions past, present and future . His blackmailer will ring the last drop of American tax payer financed aggression out of him, as they know that another POTUS like Trump coming along anytime soon will be unlikely. I don't think you need to posit him being blackmailed to explain any of his actions.
