I was going to debate your point, then I realized that's like talking to a bacteria. You don't watch Carlson, you know literally nothing beyond the lefty snippets. Ha, ha, ha...
JC, why did Fox just pay Dominion almost $800 million?.... Answer: Because Tucker lies. And Hannity and Ingraham lie.

Come right out and admit it.

That's hard, could you at least mute the pillow guy commercials?
I like the Pillow Guy. You can tell he's done WAY too much blow in his life and there are simply no brain cells worth speaking of left in his head.

And - according to my sister - the My Pillow pillows are fucking amazingly good. Despite being a hardcore Dem supporter, she sneaky-buys My Pillows and snips off the labels.

I. have a legal question I hope someone can answer.

So let's say that Dominion can prove their claims they suffered $1.5 billion in losses.

They have now recovered $800m from Fox.

Let's say they have five other $1.5b lawsuits working their way through the courts that total $7.5b,

Can the defendants that come to court after another $700m has been settled or otherwise realized still be ordered to pay more than the total claimed and already recovered?

(I understand that non-pecuniary and/or special/exemplary/punitive can still be awarded even if the direct financial losses might only be $1.00)

Against other defendants in other lawsuits?.... Yup. Because this is a general, global settlement and it's not tied to specific damages claims.

He appeals to a certain audience - poorly educated, small town, older.
You know that's not true, at least not any more so than his competitors.

Hitler had the same appeal. Although Tucker wears a bow-tie and Hitler didn't.
You also know that the first person who makes an allusion to Hitler in any political discussion is throwing in the towel. Besides, if you're trying to identify despots and tyrants these days you''ll find a lot more by looking for Liberal Party pins than swastikas (Liberals generally don't wear their communist party pins openly).

I have met John Poulos socially pre-covid and he seems like a nice Toronto boy!

There are actually stats on Fox viewers being older and less educated that CNN viewers.[/QUOTE]

We're not the ones banning books and medical care, Dutch.

Tucker lies to you.
This willingness to submit to lies has got to be some diagnosable mental disorder. It’s not even general stupidity although there is correlation. It’s an illness. ideally in ontario Ohip should pay for their treatment including rehabs.

When confronted with a prediction error, the brain has two options. The first option is to revise its model of the world until the prediction error is satisfactorily diminished. The second option is to change the world so that it matches the model.

Once you're built your model of the world its really hard to change it according to predictive processing.
