LOL

OK, thanks for the laugh. You really did drink *all* of the Kool-Aid...I gotta keep reminding myself that you live in a different reality where inconvenient facts don't really exist...
What "facts" ? ?? Have you seen the affidavit submitted to the anti Trump judge? You should publish it- scoop of the decade.

I only watched a few minutes. He pointed out that almost all government docents are stamped confidential, even if the information in them are trivial.
PS: Paul Ralston Saul makes that point forcefully on "Voltaire's Bastards"
Sure, there could be a lot of stuff that is unimportant in the boxes of confidential/secret documents. But does that matter? And what do you say about the highly compartmentalized secrets Trump had? They are they super sensitive stuff that isn't supposed to leave special rooms. This is the sort of excuse Trump's fart catchers are trying to use to muddy the waters. But, the reality here is that regardless of what the pages actual contain, they are still top secret. It doesn't matter if it was the lunch menu for the admiralty aboard an aircraft carrier or a bio of the French President - top secret is top secret and Trump possessing them is illegal.

It is interesting that Trump is so desperate to have the un-redacted affidavit. He is apparently believes someone close to him is ratting on him, and he is hoping to find some clues to who it is...

As for the judge...It's funny that your defence is that he's anti-Trump. Maybe he's pro-Law, which I guess could be viewed as anti-Trump...

The right are all about giving Trump second chances when he breaks the law. It doesn't matter if he is illegally holding on to sensitive and secretive documents or fraudulently misrepresenting his real estate holdings. If the law starts to look into the serious allegations, they are not legit, they are just anti-Trump goons...SMH....

You're the one who mentioned the facts, even the "inconvenient facts". I would like to know them, so I can see anything else beside fascist politics.

I am so far
Are you saying that the documents revealed by Manning and Assange should not have been given a classification???!!!!.... Seriously? You're that far down the Silly Path??!!
I am so far out that I think it is very wrong that nobody can disclose war crimes and crimes against humanity because docents are classified.

The facts are the DOJ returned 15 boxes in Jan, found out there were more so subpoenaed and retrieved more boxes in June, found out rump lied to his lawyer (who will have to testify now) so subpoenaed and got the rest with the help of the FBI.

How is that fascist?
Trump had 3 chances to return the documents.

I'm sure Trump and his allies would like to know as well, so they can attempt to obstruct justice once again. That's why it is sealed. And, it looks like the affidavit was correct. They did find top secret and higher documents in Trump's possession, even though his lawyers swore they had turned over all the material...

But, again, you make me laugh when you are suddenly so concerned about the justification for an investigation....yet keep on going on and on about Hunter and his laptop....

Let me give you folks my theory. Trump is a "fuck you, I do what I want" kind of asshole. Back in the 90's, the NYC city council approved his redevelopment plan for a historic building on the condition that Trump preserved the facade. Trump took the grant, proceeded with the redevelopment..... and personally watched while his construction crew smashed the historic facade into rubble.

Why did he do that?.... Because Trump is a "fuck you, I do what I want" asshole. That's why. He could have kept the facade. It was a gorgeous piece of late Victorian architecture that was regarded as one of the classics of its genre. But he smashed it just to show that he could.

And he owned enough NYC council-members that there were no consequences to him.

The DoJ asked him to return the classified documents. He simply ignored them and wagered that they wouldn't have the balls to come after him. And even if they did, he owned enough political clout that he could block and humiliate them.

In the life of every person who "fucks around", there is a "find out" moment of truth..... I'll just leave it there.

Maybe this is the time.

Apparently no lawyers want to work for him anymore. His record of stiffing them combined with his inability to take legal advice and not shoot himself in the foot make him a disaster of a client.

So? Since when documents in the former president's possession attract the AR carrying goon squad? Oh, yeah- never. BTW, what was Sandy Berger's punishment for stealing secret documents from the National Archive?

I have to hand it to you! You could easily be on the FOX FIVE Panel next to Jesse Watters with Tucker as a special guest next to you. You have the silly talking points down pat! I am impressed, I really am.

OH OH, don't forget Bongino hosting the panel. ;)

Oracle would host the panel. Kirk would give the "opposing point of view". And Dutch would be the legal expert. And medical expert. And scientific expert. And economics expert.

Since the time the US elected someone who is either a moron or a useful idiot.
Besides, he had three warnings by the DOJ to return the stuff he stole.

See, here is the thing: We, as the public, will never know what these documents are about. They can't tell us because they are secret. Trump could have had information on spies active in Russia. He could have detailed information on next generation weapon systems. He might have assessments on allies and their abilities. Or, as I previously said, it could be the lunch menu from 2018. We will never know in detail what they are.

All that being said, if Trump possessed sensitive materials and refused to return them, even after a subpoena, they why shouldn't the FBI search the premises for these sensitive documents? I mean, what would you have said if Hillary retained top secret or classified data? You would chant "LOCK HER UP". But...strangely, you don't feel the same way when it comes to Trump. It is so weird how that works out....

Hillary BRAGGED about destroying her records. Nor were there raids nor even a hint of charges when it was revealed that she was using a private server and unauthorized devices. The raid on Trump was political and nothing else.

Hillary complied with the DOJ and spent, IIRC, 11 hours in testimony.
What did rump do?
He lied to the DOJ twice and then plead the fifth.
