When he goes to the slammer, does he keep his Secret Service team and if so, do they get adjoining cells?
I scoured settled law and precedent, but couldn't find any definitive answers.

Mitchy, figuring out limitation periods is pretty basic. It's unlikely that any prosecutor would proceed to lay a charge - let alone proceed to trial!! - without knowing what limitation period applies.
