The reason Trump was ahead of Biden in the polls for that long is that
a lot of undecided voters found themselves in a wait-and-see mode before
they knew if Biden was going to be replaced. As a rematch between Biden
and Trump is becoming a certainty these people has decided to vote
Biden just to get rid of Trump. I expect to see Biden leading in the poll and
the gap between the two to continue widening.
My money is on Biden (and actually any other Democrat against Trump)
to win but I am often wrong in prediction of future events. So be cautious
if are anti-Trump. It is shocking to see Trump running again. It is even more
shocking the Republicans could no find someone else as their leader.

It's because the local committees are packed with Trump loyalists and the registered Republicans are now heavily pro Trump. That means any decent, talented GOP-er stays out of the limelight and waits until it's safe to come out into the open again.
So the money guys back the only sure winner, Trump.
