They'll have a Manhattan jury. Manhattan is a place where Trump is loved and worshipped and the GOP rules....
Unfortunately they just have to sneak a couple of their own in there and they will refuse to convict no matter how damning the evidence.
At the moment no one knows the precise charges or evidence. It may be that way least 1 person and maybe all 12 will not find the state has proved it's case and he is found not guilty. Time will tell. In the meantime he will appeal every decision and try and run out the clock.
Mitchy, Trump lost the last election to Biden by 8 million votes and has polled consistently behind Biden for 2024. Fox tried to scapegoat Trump for the fizzle that was the "Red Tsunami of 2022". The Dems are looking forward to Trump running because he will predictably lose again.
He's now going to run in 2024 interspersing his campaign appearances with court appearances on what will be multiple felony charges in multiple states. It will be humiliating and distracting and will ensure that he face-plants in the 2024 GE even more abysmally and drags the GOP down with him. It's actually a brilliant Dem strategy. Trump is fucked.
It'll be great entertainment.
Most Dem voters aren't "woke". At the same time, be aware that the world is changing. Most civil servants in Duggo's Tory Ontario now have "pronouns" in their email sigs. And the Toronto Maple Leafs' "inclusion" trailer advertisement now includes trans people. As did the Raptors' inclusion show.
