Question: Does the USSC have the power to declare The RICO Statute unconstitutional? I'm perplexed that Ginny Thomas has not been charged.


The ironic part, The RICO Statute was signed into law, as an extension of the Organized Crime Control Act by President Richard NIxon in 1970. Had he not been pardoned by President Ford, he would have been subjected to it.
