Now you're trying to find a way to claim he's not a rapist by moving the goal posts to 'requiring a conviction and/or prison time'.

I mean....technically, I don't think you can say OJ is a murderer. He was acquitted of the charges. And, while a civil jury found him culpable for their deaths, I still don't know if you can say he's a murderer. The burden of proof is so much lower in a civil case. Same for Trump. While I think most of us agree that he probably sexually assaulted a number of women, I don't think it is technically correct to call him a rapist. But, I'm no legal expert. Could he sue you for defamation for calling him a rapist? I feel that is unlikely...

Ugh. So, I watched this drivel. Again, the right says its a witch-hunt, or politically motivated. What they tend to ignore is the actual laws that Trump broke, and the reason why he's facing these charges. They keep saying they are tough on crime....until one of theirs gets arrested.
The excuses they make....Trump was exercising his free speech....What ever. You can still go to trail for saying things...like "GIVE ME ALL YOUR MONEY OR I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!!!! That is actually illegal and your arrest would not be free speech. What if you wrote something? That could also give you trouble, like if you wrote "this is a bank robbery, give me all the money" and slipped the note to a clerk...trouble!!
